Preparations for Mukinge

Preparations are well on the way. I woke up this morning thinking 'Flip my life here is so sanitised compared to what I imagine I will face in Africa'. I think about the little newborn darlings of my world today and wonder about the little darlings in a rural hospital in Africa. I have pictures of badly burnt children from winter fires, severly malnurished children with a high burden of helmiths and others with diseases that I have never imagined existed.
